Which platforms do you support?
Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace, on Windows and Mac computers and iPhone and Android phones. We secure the accounts, devices and email your team already uses, and we manage the security vendors across all of them.
Do you replace our IT provider?
No. If you have an IT provider or internal team, they keep handling day-to-day support while we handle security. No IT at all? Complete brings in help desk and full IT support through a partner we vet and manage, with Elevaire accountable for the whole picture.
Will this slow my team down?
No. During onboarding we learn what normal looks like for your team before we lock anything down. When someone needs new software, we handle approvals quickly during business hours, and 24/7 on Plus and Complete.
